Certain Victorinox SAKs get my attention when I see them in topic titles and the Compact is one of them. It's not my favorite as my 30+ Explorers would attest, but it handles the vast majority of my utility tasks and the 2 layer compactness is a perfect fit in my winter warm-up pockets. In the cooler months, the Compact is my EDC.  In the warmer months, that privilege belongs to the Executive as it fits perfectly in the pockets of my gym shorts.

I double checked... yes, I've seen those. Oddly I'm not into the multitool thing (not like SAKs, anyways). I think one of the big deal-breakers is no toothpick and tweezers. Seriously. I own a few Leatherman Blasts, and they are everything I want. I don't honestly use them - my SAK always does what I need and i always have my SAK in my pocket.
