I am left handed but don’t have a problem using a multi tool or SAKThe only thing I have a slight problem with is the can opener I still use it left handed but I use it from the bottom of the canIt’s not a problem anymore really just a bit weird You can see what I mean on the pic

So the dominant hand wins out. Nice.
I'm mixed handed (ambidexterous would be a stretch), so I write and draw with my left, but do every other thing as a right handed person (throwing, eating with cutlery, playing guitar, whatever). So in this sense I don't have any problems with MT's, but I'm equally curious about true lefties' experiences.
I am left-handed-ish (write with right hand). I don't EDC, but do use LM Wave occasionally and some pocket knives. On the Wave, I use my right hand to open the outside knife blades, and use the tool with my left hand. I access and use other tools with my left hand. Same for pocket knives with flipping or thumb stud feature, open with right use with left. It is just natural for me that way, though seems redundant.

I used to be able to write with my right hand too but I have sadly lost that skill [It's not failure if you learn something from it]
Liner locks I tend to avoid because I don't like the design, not because they are almost always right sided.Would I be interested in a lefty compression lock spyderco... oh heck yes.

I'm very right handed, but I can open and close those much easier with my left hand.

A consequence is that the linerlock is basically a leftie one hand closing lock, or so I hear. Rightie one hand opening, leftie one hand closing.
