3rd episode has less action and more character development. But still good. Though not sure what’s inside the trunk. Seems like he is missing a dog?

Damn. Despite predictions this would be out in the UK already it's still not available.

That sucks. Though I’m sure it will be soon as it is gathering accolades.

Jeff Bridges is so good that everything he says seems like the most important words you have ever heard. Its a gift.

Episode 5. Less action but keeps getting mysterious. I was originally a bit upset with the Zoe character for taking his money but looks like she is pulling her weight.

The plot is getting a little complicated for my brain. I'm still pulling for the theory that Dan Chase has dementia and the whole series is a just dream. But Vegas bookmakers are not giving me good odds on that one.

Yeah, the plot is getting complicated. With only 2 episodes left not sure how they want to wrap it up. I like your theory though.

The Old Man
will return for Season 2. This pretty much kills my hope that the whole series was a dream inside Dan Chase's head.
Interesting (to me) that Dan Chase is not the title character.

Man I need to catch up to you. Weekend was crazy for me. I finally finished Hell or High Water. Heck of a movie. Now I’m scared to go to TX.

Well, I haven't watched the final episode but I did read the spoilers. Good times. My theory about Dan, sadly, is in the graveyard. Episode 7 does answer some questions but of course leaves many things for season 2. I had to do some research just to figure out what "Bote", i.e., the old man, is after and what motivates him. And I'm still not sure I could adequately explain the plot to someone, though I could hit the high points. Even so, its a good series and I'll be back for season 2.

I need to catch up. I need to watch the last 2 as I got distracted with other stuff.
But I plan to bing tonight. Maybe we can compare notes.

Ok I'm back. Didn't want to read any spoilers. It ended with enough to keep me interested for season 2. Over all I enjoyed it. I didn't try to work out what is going on. I sat back and took the ride they were taking us on.
Excited to see season 2.

Yup same here. Can’t imagine anyone else playing those roles. Great acting. It was a bit slow mid season but I kinda expected that for a series.
