Holiday Gift Giving
on: November 11, 2018, 09:52:21 AM
Noa Isumi started a great idea with this thread Holiday Gift Sets. I thought let's reverse that with a Holiday Gift Giving thread. What would you like to give a friend, your favorite someone, your town, your country or the world.

I of course, already know what my choice is. It has been the same thing every year for the last I don't remember how many years. A belt. Yes, a belt. There have been a couple of years where I was really tight on money and thought I could just cut some rope to fit that particular individual and then show them how to pull up their pants, feed the rope through their belt loops and tie a knot.

...and I wish I had the money to give every member...
Wenger 16999 Swiss Army Knife Giant by Grandpa Patch, on Flickr
but they only cost $8,499.99 + $8.50 shipping. The total of which would be $53,858,741.7 USD. I wonder if they would accept a check.

Grandpa, I'd like to donate 1,000 yards of rope to your effort, and I'll even print up copies of how to tie a noose!
