Fly Fishing today
on: January 10, 2019, 10:13:19 PM
Went out today and did a little fishing and only saw carp and minnows. No blue gills or any pan fish, no bass. But it was still a great day. The water was really clear also. Even though it was in the mid 50’s it was a sunny day.

Way to go Ray!  My Swisschamp usually pulls duty as my fishing knife because of those lovely pliers😊

Looks great! I have to wait until March to go fishing again and then it will still be freezing cold!

I have never fly fished but I have heard that it's just fantastic when you get something on the hook

Well.. That's summer up here!

Except for last summer (hottest one in over 100 years) when we went above 90 for many days

I think we all did! Here on the westcoast they didn't allow us to use the grill and all we had to do was swimming and snorkeling

He got big and strong during the summer!
He has lost 2 kg during the autumn, but he's still very strong so if this summer get's just as hot he's going to be an absolute beast

But back to topic, I don't fish but it looks tempting when seeing your pics :like:
