If i don't  find any with no holes i can pack the holes with a sawdust and glue mix and hope for the best or yeah, go the epoxy route, it depends how smooth i can get it ...and hide the holes, my bandsaw kept throwing blades so didn't get a chance to cut deep, will worry about it at the weekend  :tu:

Ray it's from a kit, blade, steel liners and screws/pins, worry about your own handle sort of thing, the blade is ground but not sharpened,  it's all very rough and ready but that's what i wanted, i don't have a pre made one so i have no clue how well they are finished, i just wanted it for the blade and screws, i will use the liners as templates then off to the spares bin with them and the pins as i only need one of them :tu:

Doing a little fly tying today. I pressed the Ulu into service for some thread snipping duty. It worked a bit better than expected, but fine point scissors still rule here on the tying bench.

Doing some work out in the shop and had some zip ties hindering my progress, so they had to go!

This also gave me the opportunity to clean up my hatchet in preparation for the axe challenge.
