Questions about Princess and Prince
« on: January 23, 2019, 04:03:13 PM »
When I looked at the catalogues of victorinox's in the 1970s and 1960s, I found that the princess model would have been three inches long.I think it's exactly the same as the prince's model. Was the early model called the princess 74mm? Similar to the prince model? Here's a picture of Wiki:

However, the princess and the prince appeared on another catalogue in the 1970s at the same time.I am confused, which is the princess and which is the prince?

Well, the model names have always been a mess. Different names in different countries, some dealers made up their own names (for the SAKs, not themselves ).
Also, names were often reused for other models throughout the years.

You should seriously visit vicfan.com. All the hoopy froods are doing it.
