Nice tools today guys!

Scully was on duty again today. She opened packages, letters and helped out as a marking knife  :tu:

Day 12 of 30

I have with me today the mighty Pulse :viking: it had the same toolset as the PST II with the exception of a PE blade vs the combo edge on the PST II :tu: I really wished they had updated the Pulse with push tab locks and brought it on through instead of discontinuing it in the a great Discontinuation of 04 :-\ The rocker locks on it are a bit fiddly sometimes but once you get the hang of it they aren't that bad :salute: it is the little brother of the Supertool 200 just like the Rebar is the little brother to the Supertool 300

No problem SirVic :hatsoff:

The MT Encyclopedia we have is also a wealth of information and a good read as well

Needs some updating on a few of the topics and I haven't quite got around to any of the edits though  :D

Day 12.

Carried my Juice KF4 in the office, but other than preparing food nothing to do, no world to save, no heroic actions. Boring day.  :multi:

Nice SI zrxoa1  :tu:

Day 12

Scully opened a package and was used as a marking knife again. She also had to cut some hair from our dogs fur. The poor thing had large dried mud pieces between her toes. They were so baked in that the only option to remove them was to cut the hair around it.

Day 13 of 30

I have with me a Charge Slv today  this was a Costco only Leatherman (meaning the store Costco ordered these as a special edition) :tu: they made these well over 10 years ago but I am not sure how many were made  : The Slv aluminum scales are grey instead of black but it is basically a Charge Al in toolset :tu:

Here I have supplied a Charge + with black scales for reference on the color as the first pic is a bit deceiving

Thanks!!  The SI is always in my pocket or lunchbox when at work. For this challenge, at least thru next week, the PST will be at work with me. I need the needle nose pliers for the job I’m currently doing. We pick tonight for next month’s job rotation. I’d like to stay where I’m at, but no guarantees!

If I end up on a different job, I won’t need the piers, but the SI will be in my pocket.   Sometimes I do carry my PX instead.

I hope that you get to stay where you are at with your job, zrxoa  :tu: The PST and SI combo is a very balanced combo to me and really only lacks scissors :tu: which the PX would make up for :like:

No pics from me today folks.
Been inside the house all day braving a blizzard. As far as i know the governor declared a state of emergency and National Guard was activated in some areas. We were getting ready for a cold night, but just got power back.

As i wrote in another thread already: Thank you to all the service technicians, police and first responders that were out there all day in up to 85mph wind gusts to get power back running and helping people  :hatsoff:

Unfortunately one trooper was killed while helping someone, on a standstill highway with zero visibility  :-[
