SAK scales

I"ve looked online for replacement scale suppliers and have not found any. Several years ago I had purchased some with a flags printed on it and others in different colors. I can not locate any suppliers like that now, Has something changed in the parts/accessories  availability for the U.S.?

Also anyone on here selling custom scales from titanium , aluminum or stainless steel?

Lots of sellers on the big 'Bay selling them for about $14 a pair. And as far as I know, they're all genuine. If some are fakes, I haven't heard about that.

I'm currently looking for 91mm wooden scales, specifically dark/black wood if anyone has any sources.

Central Valley Wholesale used to carry parts like that on *bay, but they stopped selling/servicing Victorinox parts and sold everything at clearance prices just a few months ago. I think your best bet is to pull them off another knife if you want the flag printed ones.

Check Ebay.de vendor "fritzschkg". He bought out the inventory from the firm Adler,
who used to produce knives using Victorinox supplied blank parts. He has a nice selection of wooden and wood/brass scales/

Arg! He won't ship to Germany (even though he is located in Germany!) "NO - strictly NO shipment  to Germany , Russia , North Korea , Ukrainia , China , Arabia ,Africa (Namibia is OK )"

I asked them for a quote for shipping out here, they quoted the shipping but refused a reduction in price because they cannot charge me sales tax (IVA). I'll take my business elsewhere.
