Took some more pictures yesterday.I'm using a Sony RX100 point-and-shoot that I purchased in 2012. I set it on automatic and sequence, focus on the feeder, and hold the button down when I hear buzzing . Then I sort through 100's of photos in the evening...
Sounds good LoopCutter . Post some pictures when they arrive. Also, A feeder inside the house?! .
That last pic looks like a ruby throat.
No hummers, but Eastern Bluebirds migrating, stop for water and a snack of mealworms that I float in the water. sorry about the screen. This picture is from a couple weeks ago. Have had a steady stream of visitors since.
Awesome pics !
This guys was too busy defending his feeder to pause for a glamor shot:(Image removed from quote.)I guess I need to work on my photo skills....

Trying to take photos with phone just isnt gonna work . I was watering and decided to put the hose on mist and see what happened. I still have yet to make the bath BUT the hummingbird that is frequenting the feeder took a bath . It was adorable. It was so awesome. I can hear it "chirping" now and see it feeding. I'll set up my hose again so it can bath away all that sticky nectar. I sat and watched for a while. It was so neat and relaxing.
