I didn't think the Classic was offered as an "economy" model, can't really get any cheaper than the little Classic.  Also, I thought the economy line excluded the T&T.

If you will go to this URL you will see a picture of an economy Spartan with toothpick and tweezers

You will also see that same shield on the Economy models.

I've seen them before too; a couple times. I've even seen a few 111mms with the same Economy shield and red scales. Walmart used to have a model of the Recruit and Classic SD; in which they look normal (and still include scale tools); but the shield is unusually hot-stamped. Wonder if this is a predecessor to that.

Is it understandable that this knife is customized by Wal-Mart?

I know there were no toothpicks or tweezers in the early economy, when they switched to nylon handles, they were equipped with toothpicks and tweezers. but,the handle of this classicwas made of  cellidor. :D

Hopefully someone else will know more about the Economy line. So far I can't find any more information. I will keep looking.
