No pic today but have been using the skele all week. Have to move house at very short notice and flat out packing etc

Often wondered which mt I’d reach for first in this situation and skele it is (with a charge+ and PX in reserve) great in the pocket and the combo edge really good for boxes and tape

Moving is something I detest, but will have to do soon. I may be making two moves this year; it might be worth it if I can get away from the smurfing snow. :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh
Hope your move goes smoothly!

Good use the Echo'  :tu:

I love my Skele but I'd prefer if it had a combo blade as I think it increases utility in a very pared down MT.

Mine is the O/G CX so it doesn't have a combo but it was still useful today when Mrs Surge decided that "we" didn't like the garden lights I had put up recently  ::)
I said I did like them, so we compromised, and we now have the ones she likes  :pok: :twak:

Two moves Dan :ahhh that’s all you need

Packing seems all consuming right now and pretty exhausting, will be very glad to have it all done. Move looks like it’ll be in two weeks

Thanks Surge :tu: :tu:

:iagree: re combo edge, the more I carry the CE skele the more I think that and a slim SAK (Echotech compact for instance :hatsoff: ) is all I need most of the time

I’m coming over next month will be in touch for a catch up

Good on you Mrs Surge

With the discontinuation of the Juice line and the entire key chain sized PB line by LM, and Vic’s continued refusal to make anything smaller than the Spirit, the Skeletool may be the lightest decent quality PBMT currently being manufactured.

The Skeletool is perhaps the only PBMT that I carry with any regularity, when I anticipate possibly needing pliers that are a bit larger than 91mm SAK pliers.

Great pic and great point, nate :salute: :like:

At least LM seems to be keeping the Skeletool line and even added some variety with the colors :tu: :like:

:iagree:

As I mentioned above, I recently moved house and needed a PBMT on me for all the myriad of jobs that come up.

Not wanting to weigh my pockets down I carried the skele the whole time and never felt I needed more. Pocket clip is a big plus too

Maybe my most used tool since 2008; it is most often in whatever bag is on me. Just gave it a good cleaning & thought to share.
