Pound for pound, SAKs do a lot. For example, my Buck 110 and SwissChamp both weigh essentially the same, but the SwissChamp can take on some jobs that I'd normally need an entire toolbox for (mine weighs about 25 pounds loaded down), while the Buck is just a knife. In an emergency, I am sure you could clean game with an ordinary 91mm SAK. And the Master Craftsman, perfect in that it's not too thick or heavy for pocket carry, yet has most of the stuff to get the job done. The Craftsman has those little pliers that fit in places most MTs can't.
