Great job! Ive been wanting to try this for a long time but have always chickened out. I definitely agree that victorinox is missing a trick here not offering this as a factory model. Are the pins you used nickel silver or solid brass? Is that a hand drill in the second photo? How did you find removing the stock pins without a drill press?
Also how is this still not a vic product!?
Have you got a Dremel or something similar? You can use a diamond ball bit to remove the pin head easily enough and then just punch out the remainder of the pin out.
I think it depends, I tried the small 2mm ball dremel method, and was having serious run out issue. I actually prefer drill hole, dremel then punch out.
Well... excuuuuuuuuussssseee me! (Steve Martin voice)
You and Comis are 2 wild and crazy guys!!!!(Image removed from quote.)
Serious though, you probably are way better at dremel than me...

Wow, and congrats! I didn't realize this was your first mod? ...or just your first request?
First mod
Then that's a huge achievement! Working right the first time with an afternoon build...nothing smurfed up on disassembly...or needing to re-do... Somehow, I thought you've been doing this for years and this was maybe your first 93mm.
I feel flattered
Even later to this party than Fuzzbucket Great job Mechy I've always held off on peening 93mm SAKs because I have the lathe handy, but it's good to know it can be done with some hammer skill and mediocre patience.
