Adding a ferro rod to my Wave

I had a Firefly rod in a SAK, but the end pulled off and made it incredibly difficult to pull from the scale.


I happened to have my Wave handy, and started looking for a storage space.   It will fit under the file or saw, maybe a bit better under the saw, but I took pics of the file to show the difference between ferro rod/no ferro rod.




Looking at the small bit holder, it might be possible to whittle the rod down enough to store it in that.  I'm probably not patient enough to do that, so I'll keep it under the saw.  The only down side is that if you forget you're carrying it, you might lose it during saw use.
