A blind guess here:

Something that celebrates the Calibre 24 movement from Breitling?
Related to a 2014 Navy Timer model?

You might want to post this onto the "Watch it" corner too  :pok:

Funny, when I google "Bainianling", the second result is the Chinese Breitling site!

Are we sure the slip came with the Classic originally?

No, we can't,But I think it's more like  customized by advertisers.

I have an exact looking Breitling pouch with an Evo81 inside (Breitling branded too) but I can't find a reference with these scales towards Breitling.

They do look awesome though! These are not just made at a home desk.

Here's another custom tinker from Amway,The logo seems to be made of gold and precious stones.I'm curious, is this custom knife rare?

It's not what I'd call a custom knife, but custom scales.
It depends on alot of things.

What is Amway?
Is the logo made from actual gold?
Is it added later on or from factory?
Inlayed or glued?

Only with these answers, a collectability can be determined (in my opinion)
Anyone can buy a SAK, glue a logo on it and sell it as "unique".

If Victorinox made these logo's, it's a different matter altogether.

Amway is a company that sells daily necessities and health products.I'm not sure how the logo was made, but I think it should be made by Victorinox,As you said, it is a custom scales.
