Has anyone used SOG’s warranty?

My sync II has a broken backspring and I’m thinking about sending it in for repair. How is the sog warranty for stuff like this?

I sent a Power Access Deluxe in, and they sent me a replacement very quickly. So, my experience is excellent.

Consume the MRE after the storage period and post pictures and descriptions of the contents. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Farmer X SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Using EDC items randomly selected with a poker hand, post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for 4 weeks (or 30 consecutive days) Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a Leatherman Skeletool for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate and contribute in Challenge thread and post a photo of either an Axe, MT/Folding knife or Fixed blade (picked at the beginning of challenge) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a Challenge thread and post a photo of a Spyderco knife for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate and contribute in Challenge thread and post a photo of a different blade each day for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a SAK Soldier for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the multitool for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Fieldmaster SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Buck 112 Ranger for thirty (30) consecutive days. No problems they even gave me the Power Access for free
After I got a customs charge when they send me the PAD replacement  :tu:

I sent my PowerAssist back for repair the turnaround was fast and it came back with a free hat. :tu:
I think Alcohol, Tabacco and Firearms should be a convenience store, not a government agency.

FYI, I had my broken tool replaced in under a week. The turnaround was exceptional.
