Already used it to pull out a couple of nails. Ever get the feeling you've been missing out on something and finally got it?  :hatsoff:

Now I need to source a Kick clip. :ahhh

the Crunch it’s like how did I ever live without it

Good luck with finding a Kick clip I don’t know if Loki still has any  :dunno:

The Crunch did a good job today pulling forged nails out of the piece I an working on. The flat drivers leave a bit to be desired for antiques work(I am weary of putting much torque on the file tip). Luckily, always have other tools on me. :ahhh

Sent my Crunch off to LM for warranty work today.  The gizmo that hold the two sides together when the pliers are closed, it’s not holding them together well.  When not in a sheath, the tool will not “stay together”.

If that makes any sense...

I plan to add a pocket clip when I get it back. I don’t do well with sheaths.

This looks like quite an exceptional challenge, both as regards the tool involved and the surprisingly high number of entries already. :like:

I think I may have to skip this one, though. I have a lightly used Crunch waiting to get some action but I'll be travelling in October, including intercontinental  air travel... not sure I'll be able to get enough pics in...
Cheers!

Same goes for ttraveling with me as well DT :ahhh If you want to you can just post a pic here and there for support but it's totally understandable when you can't :salute: If I am without cell or internet access for a week I will take daily pics and then post them when I get back if that is ok, guys? Otherwise I will just post pics in the other 3 weeks just in support :salute:

I've actually been wondering about grinding down the sides of the pliers to be more like large needle-nose pliers

It seems a lot of the stuff I do, blunt nose isnt the best

To the October travelers:
The loophole in the rules is that the challenge photos can be taken before the day to be posted, but not after. Granted there is good reason...maybe like traveling to no-tool-land.

Mods,
Please correct me if this is an incorrect assumption.
Maybe take the photos for the days you are traveling, ahead of time, and post them to the appropriate day in October?

You know I have been thinking that this would be good challenge to have three levels like the Surge challenge and others.

7 DAY,  15 and  30 DAY Badges.

It would help the people that can't carry for the whole month or don't want to.
