its not to most expensive tool in the world. Frankly the carbide blade alone is probably worth a look. Just a small T-shank carbide cutter is over $13.

Thoughts?

I seem to remember something similar in the late 90s as an infomercial product, but it only had two or three blades. The carbide grit blade was the big advertised feature because it would 'cut through anything'

Looks promising, but the title and way the listing is written makes it seem like As Seen On TV crap. I can buy a Silky for the same money that cuts wood well, and is unlikely to break. And in fact, I'm looking at either a Silky or a Bahco to replace my current full-sized folding saw, a Kobalt.


Your best, and safest, bet is to buy something like either this Stanley or Lenox; then select the blades you'd find handy. For me, pruning and metal blades are most used in the reciprocating saw.  With these, and a cheap assortment of reciprocating saw blades from someone like Dewalt, you can have a better item that costs less; and spend the extra bucks for a GOOD Remgrit or diamond reciprocating saw blade.
