I want to love the Micra. The tools are great, the blade is a laser beam, but the scissors suck. Cutting something rigid or semi  rigid works, but I've never been able to use them on a plastic bag, or hair, or something that has a tendency to fold or bend. It just mangles some things before I give up and get something else to cut it with. It's for this reason I choose the Classic, even if the scissors are nowhere near as robust.

I agree and this thread had me rethinking the micra  carry question.
I came to my original decision again.
The tool just doesn't pull it's own weight with those  substandard scissors. In my opinion  they are more like shears.

I carry the Rambler on my keys  along with one of those round doodads with four screw drivers that cost about a dollar.
Plus a pocket knife in FRP as usual.

Neither. I carry a Maglite LED Solitaire on my keys..
I knew my wife was a keeper when she transitioned from calling it a knife thingy to a multi-tool.

The Micra is excellent for its screwdriver combo tool and so is the Classic for its scissors and T&T. I usually have both close by though strictly I agree the Rambler beats the Classic.

I’m another Rambler fan,  For me it has a great tool set for something that takes very little space on the keychain.

Almost seems like need a new poll that puts the Rambler against the Micra.

Between the Classic and Micra, I’ll go Classic. But, I don’t like a folding tool on my keys. The key ring is the domain of the OPMT.
