If they don't cut well, I'd sit the flush side on an anvil of sorts, and lightly peen the proud side. You're not trying to peen all the wobble out, just get them to cut as you want them to. However, a slightly sprained pivot isn't the only reason for scissors to not cut well. Check they're reasonably sharp, with no obvious edge damage, and check the crink too (when closed, the blades should meet at the tip, and have a teeny amount of daylight between the rest of the blade length). Blades should have point contact as they cross, but not rub full length.

In my experience, some wobble in the scissors pivot when the scissors are wide open is normal.  It should be fairly tight when the scissors are in the closed position though.

The real question is, how do they cut?  If they cut well, then you probably don't have a problem, and I wouldn't mess with them.  FWIW, SAK scissors are some of the best out there, and should deliver clean, straight, easy cuts, outperforming virtually any other scissors in their size range.

If the scissors do not cut well, AW has laid out a nice troubleshooting guide in the previous post.
