Sunday afternoon rambler project
« on: June 15, 2020, 05:47:31 AM »
Had some used remade knives OD green g10 scales that I bought from them a while back on a used classic SD. I  bought a nice used rambler to put them on. Heavy little thing but it is far easier for my big hands to use. I will miss the tweezers though.

Looks great! I've started to accrue some used SAKs just for the purpose of attaching custom scales. 58mm are common to have busted/cracked scales due to people carrying them on their keys.

I'm gonna have to wait a bit--they seem to be out of stock on most of the offerings. And I like the patterning on theirs the best. The SwissBianco scales, for some reason, look a little crude.
