Anyone else ever flip the handle around on their knife? I've had this knife like this for years, and frankly think it feels better than the normal way.

My wife is under the weather, so I did some food prep tonight for tomorrow's meal. These veggies (carrot, parsnip, mushroom, onion, and garlic) will go into a slow cooker with a chuck roast, canned soup and beef stock tomorrow morning before I leave for work. When I arrive home, it will be served with mashed potatoes and green peas.
