Sold off most of my knives but still have one of first ones; a penknife that I bought in the early 70s. Beat it up pretty good but still use it.

Thanks to all for the kind words. If I remember correctly, it cost under $10 when I bought it. A bit more now.

I love knives that have bonded with their owners or is that the other way around .  Lots of life in that Case of yours.  Not that you should but a little TLC and it'd be looking spiffy.  Its certainly held up to whatever you've put it thru thats for sure.  When folks are shy to carry their sharps they can look at that one and be confident they can take "it".

Thanks for showing us.  Glad its served you so well over the years.

Thank you! The Peanut is a bit bigger that the Tadpole. Still a small but handy knife. I hope to add a Tadpole to the pile someday for some reason havent yet. Your Tadpole is a nice looking knife.

This is definitely not a traditional Case knife.  I could take or leave the Harley Davidson branding, but I can definitely appreciate the black and gray G10 scales and nickel silver pins and liners...

Case Barlow XX era. Made for Case by Utica in the 40's or 50's. Knife companies often made knives for other knife companies back in the day.
