Day 24:

Granola making day. I make a big batch and freeze some for use over the Summer. Fieldmaster's small blade opened a dozen packages of seed, fruit, and oats. However, a knife with more horsepower got brought in to do the heavy chopping.......

Final product, ready for bagging:

I remember reading the reason why razor was cheap was because they made money on the blades...but gone were those days of cheap durable razors.  1.95 for a turn-to-open butterfly style razor, and adjustable too!  I marveled at those small engineering miracle every time I see one on the net.
An interesting fact was....the men didn’t shave at home...the men would shave at work! Talk about constant improvements of a company’s product.

The Fieldmaster helped cut down a pizza box to fit in the trash, cut some paracord in revise the harness, tighten some phillips screws on my holster.

Isn't it the James Bond gun?  Just right when the movie is coming out... :D

James Bond was known for using a Walther, but I believe his were usually the PPK or P99.

Nice use.  Your sunshine scales are looking partly cloudy.

Day24

Been learning how to wet shave for the past month, and picked up this nice idea to use a neo magnet to hold onto a blade post shave.  So I could rinse and dry the safety razor thoroughly.  FM helps to trim the heat shrink wrap to fit onto the magnet.

Day 24

Opened a bag that contained the screws for the new door hardware:
(Image removed from quote.)

Used the can opener to remove the knob guard, or whatever that thing is called, from the old door knob using the can opener. No kids in the house, but we use that thing to prevent the door knob from smashing into the dresser that is standing right next to the door.
(Image removed from quote.)

Nice use and project

Day 24

Among other SAK stuff I used the Scissors to open some packaging at work

Good use.  Love SAK scissors

kamakiri Day 24:

More pruning duty outside. Just the detail work in easy reach. Mostly working with a pole saw and loping shears today.
Only one package to open in the mail.

Day 25

I was trying to find use for my hook, and just so happened I was going to make some ramen, so FM's hook is trying to keep the lid closed while the ramen soaking up the boiling hot water inside.

Day 25: Pellet bag duty.  I have always been in the habit of using the small blade for most of the daily work with my SAKs.

Nice use. I have been trying to just use the small blade, but after all these years of memory, I go straight for the main blade

I got into the habit cutting boxes open at my first job at a drug store with my Huntsman Ray.  I don't even know why now.  It's firmly ingrained :D

I just google James Bond gun, turns out there were a lot of references about him using PPS in the novel Carte Blanche back in 2012(?).  But I did never read the novel, so I can't confirm nor deny the information.  I did remember watching him got his PPK for the first time from Dr. No the other day though.

 Agreed and thanks gents! I know many don’t use or need one...but for those that do, it’s really useful.  I wouldn’t buy such a small saw if they sold them at a garden or hardware center...but it’s a perfect SAK tool.

Yeah in Dr. No the MoD has Bond switch from his Beretta M1934 to the PPK Calibre 7.65mm with a delivery of a brick thrown the a plate glass window
I don't know anything about the novels, never read them. Maybe time I pick them up! :tu: :salute:
