I got this a couple of weeks ago for the stoopid low price of £10.95.

I’ve been waiting on a few bits to start working on it. The sheath is wooden and very loose. So this is how far I got before I ran out of decent light.



10mm hole, not all the way through.



Rare earth magnet waiting for epoxy.



Epoxied in place.

Neat idea, i have a wooden sheathed knife that some days is tight and some too loose, once the wood settles down i will try that magnet method  :tu:

I would have done some more, but I've run out of sandpaper and the stain isn't behaving it's self

Ok, put the stain through a coffee filter to remove the build up of crystals. Then removed the hotspot on the handle.

One application of stain so far.
