If I have time to take my bag to a tactical tailor I'm planning to do some modification on the strap so I can hang a camera case or a cell phone case to it. Will keep you posted when ever I made it

Donald, you should look at some of the Nite Ize phone cases. With their patended clip, it would fit nicely on the strap of the Vic bag.. Here's an eBay link-
