I had thought I would try carrying my new Griptilian once arrives and augment it with my Vic Ambassador for the scissors and nail file.

So tonight I am carrying my Spyderco Tenacious and the Ambassador. But the scissors are just too small for my taste. Need something bigger??

Thinking of 93mm alox with just scissors and a nail file??

Nice!  I was looking at the Mini, but playing with one at work, that belonged to a coworker, the Mini is just a tad too small for my big hands.

Another buddy has the full size and i could flick it all over, using the Axis lock, and not get my fingers in the way.

According to the tracking, mine will be here Thursday!!!

Of course, the action is a little stiff, but I’ll add a tiny drop of oil to the pivot and axis lock and play with it all night to loosen it up.

First impression is that the cheaper plastic handle feels just that.... cheap.  But that’s ok. This is meant to be a user. If all goes well and I fall in love with the style and action, I might go for a custom built Griptilian from Benchmade down the road. Upgrading to better stuff.
