Another small chainsaw
on: September 14, 2019, 02:16:39 PM
Recently Ivo showed his small Bosch: https://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,82717.0.html

I have its slightly bigger brother and used it today to do some minor gardening tasks.

Actually, I posted about this last year too, but forgot to request the badge

D_T, that's awesome too!  Looks very utilitarian while keeping the footprint small! :D

And good luck with the badge! :tu:

For small jobs that don't involve metal, I think something like this would be, in a lot of ways, superior to a reciprocating saw in both performance and weight.   On another note, I don't know why these aren't marketed at all in the USA.

They aren't? That's surprising... or maybe not, on second thought, given the wide distribution of chainsaws with internal combustion engines across North America...
Cheers!
