111mm SAK modder wanted

Anybody up to modding a 111mm Vic for me, preferably in Europe?

I've been thinking of (pocket)carrying a 111mm Vic regularly for a while now, but scissors are a must for me, and as we know those are only found on 4 or more layer models in this size. I managed to find an old, used Outrider on the 'bay to be slimmed down to 3 layers, but I don't have the tools or skills to do it, so I'm looking for an experienced hand in this. Anybody?  :pok:

It would be possible (I'm in France). I posted some pics of customs 111 mm on the forum.
