That's cool Spoon how they all came in the same pack.

Would love to see some pics and your thoughts of the Baliyo also.

It's a pretty good deal, $18.89+tax at Costco for four mid-grade keychain tools, 3 of which are knifeless. I'm carrying and using them (sort of) to do the eventual review of the ones I haven't seen before.

On the Baliyo front; it is a really neat gadget with really good fit/finish/fun level. I am hampered by only being able to use my right (non-dominant) hand to flip it around due to finger surgery a week ago. 2-3 more weeks of recovery in a soft cast and then I can get really good.  >:D

I'd like to give some better feedback, but I can only type with one finger on one hand for the time being so it'll be a little limited.  :P

My "big" gift was a 3 month membership to a beer of the month club!  Every other month I'm going to get 12 mixed premium microbrew beers delivered to my door...should be receiving the first pack early next week

I also got a cool Uniden police/fire/wx/marine/air/ham scanner.

I got my mom "Cheese of the Month" from Williams and Sonoma in the mall.. She loves cheeses, so she gets three different kinds delivered to her door every month! She was very excited!

Very nice haul, guys! Merry Christmas to everyone here. We're all about the actual reason for Christmas in my family more than the gift giving. I did, however, receive $100 from my folks and I'm waiting for my Spyderco Para-Military in D2 that I bought for myself. Should be here by this Tuesday. It was a great Christmas though as any time spent with family, family squabbles aside, is a great thing.

Neat gizmo you got there prime! Someone else had one on here a few weeks ago. (can't remember who )  The corkscrew on yours is unusual I think because it is an "auger" style instead of a "worm" style. (not sure if those terms are correct)

Ah, well.. let's see.. t'was a good year:

2 bottles of Ron Matusalem Gran Reserva

A new iPod classic 120 gig

"Choke" by Chuck Palahniuk (a novel)

A bottle of Porto Feist 30 year

A vintage hobo style folding flatware kit in a leather sheath

A custom made "leg lamp" (ala "A Christmas Story".. I have some strange but fun friends)

And my personal favorite.. a pair of Ray-Ban folding Wayfarers

I did ask just for simple things like the Torx security bit, bit extender, and bit set for my Surge from eLeatherman.. along with a MOLLE Light Phantom from Pentagon light. But everybody opted for the more flashy gifts instead. Oh well, no complaints here. I count my blessings.

My wife and I got my step-father the same lamp. He is a huge Christmas Story fan. He loved the lamp.

The skeletool is a gift that I more or less knew was coming, the Leatherman 25th anniversary Wave just took too long to arrive so I consider it like a christmas gift (and what a Gift). The Gerber Ripstop was actually a surprise gift, I didn´t even know this model existed...nice when you look at it but in your hands is kind of awkward...

tanker,

I appreciate very much the design in tools so this is a very interesting one for me.
It´s lightweight.
I tought it was bigger but the pliers are virtually the same size as in the Juice series.
The knife is wow, I love it, cuts like a laser :P
I´d like to give it some use and post some thoughts in the future...
