My perfect watch? Easy one - Omega Speedmaster moon watch! I have always thought it was a great looking watch.

Happy to be wearing this again, it's not perfect, but it does keep good time. I recently gave up on my Apple watch (feeling over tech'ed), and when I removed the inox from it's storage after 7 months of sitting, it had only gained 5 seconds.  :)

I think if Vic would make a mechanical version of the titanium inox, that would come pretty close to perfect for me.  :tu:

Affordable, reliable, easy to read.

My G-shock AWG-M100 that I traded a couple of tools for, is more money than I would typically pay for a watch. It works just fine for me though. It's solar, so no messing with batteries or winding, setting consists of leaving it on the windowsill overnight, and it's clear enough for me to read most days. Having it go beep when I need to take food out of the oven is an added bonus. The light leaves a lot to be desired - it lights up, without actually making it easy to read, which is as impressive as it is pointless.

I also have a cheap Sekonda quartz chronograph, with white face, black hands and digits, and is quite easy to read. If I wreck it, it's about £35 to replace - less than what some people might pay for a service on their watches. I can swap the battery myself, with nothing more than a Victorinox can opener, and it keeps time well enough that I only need to tweak it every few months. Ideal.

Thanks GLB Man, I lost the Apple watch because it did everything my phone does, and I was a little irked at having my nice iPhone sit there doing nothing.  :ahhh

The inox does the job of a watch pretty nicely (and way more stylish!).  :D
