Since there are at least three of us here with these wonderful axes, it's time to have a dedicated thread dedicated to our dedication. So here we are, come join us!

If you have one, share it up.
If you are thinking about getting one, get one, and share it up
If you have never heard of them and you are now thinking about getting one, get one, and share it up

One of the benefits of the tomahawk style head is the choice of handle length beyond the stock factory handle. The longer handle is fantastic for limbing fallen timber, but when one hand use is all you need, bang off the long and on with the short and you're making short work of thinner pieces with ease, all with one tool

Exactly!  :tu:

Cleaned up some Hazels using Fuzzaxe fitted with the longer handle (handle seems to have put on some weight since last used, but never mind) and as Tazzie's said, the longer handle makes it excellent for limbing - just look at that lovely clean cut!  :dd:

Thanks.  The handle fit looks a bit shocking as the haft has soaked up quite a bit of moisture over the past month - I'd left it in a room that's open to the elements during the day. It functions just the same though... It is an axe after all... Just looks a bit cack... Not sure where I'm going with this... Where's Nix anyway?

Signing on. Rinaldi Racing Axe. As a lover of all things Italian I just had to get this.
Plain sailing so far.
This will be my Nessmuk axe, so probably more photos to come when I’ll get mine started in a week.

Any of you Rinaldi users experienced with their billhooks?

Dang I could use one of these for around the house.

Are they hard to find in the US being Italian made?

Not sure, but one place you can get some of the models is Baryonyx. Looks like they have a Calabria like Fuzzy's Fuzzaxe  :salute:
