USPS help!

Hey guys, I sent a package to Dennis last monday.. I checked the DC and it said:
Your item was forwarded to a different address at 8:28 AM on December 26, 2008 in VAN WERT, OH 45891. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later.

What should I do? There was a BO SwissTool, SOG PowerLock 2.0, and a Vic Soldier in there!

Have you asked Dennis if he forwarded it on ? Perhaps he was away for Christmas

He has been home, he is leaving tonight for Vegas..

did it give the address in Van Wert? I live close to Dennis and Van Wert maybe I can help?

I'd contact your Post Master and see what he can find out.  FWIW, I -NEVER- trust the tracking from USPS. For example, I won something off Ebay two weeks ago. Shipped Priority Mail, it took almost 2 weeks for it to get here and it was coming from Ohio. There were only 2 updates total. First was that one about the shipper being notified about a package will be sent and the last update was when it was delivered to my house. Unbelievable!    Anyway, again, I'd check with your Post Master, or call the post office in Van Wert and see what they can tell you.  Good luck!
