BO tools level 1 badge bid
on: December 05, 2019, 11:22:11 AM
Having been so impressed by the SwissTool Spirit 30 day challenge, I went out and got myself one in XBS guise, and very nice it is too, though too much so as I probably won’t use it a lot for fear of scratching that lovely black finish! It is a quite different finish to the Poly Spectral coating Victorinox use on their Spartan PS and the anniversary moon Tinker PS as I hope the attached pic shows:

I’ve noticed that the finish on the SwissTool is slightly darker, more Matt in some lights, and definitely harder to keep clean - I’d be grateful for any tips on how best to do that. I’ve also noticed that Victorinox hare very liberal with the oil on the SwissTool- seem to be wiping it off every time I open it! Here’s another pic of the trio

I hope we can all agree that PS Vics are BO multitools, and that these qualify for the badge!

Many thanks indeed, Zoidberg! :hatsoff: Wspeed- I can recommend a PS Spartan for the collection, the shade changes with the light, and you can find them for much less than the Vic store price - next time you see one, don’t hesitate!
