Bear and Sons model number 155PT Bear Pocket Tool

Recently I was looking at some archived tool images and I came across a Bear and Sons product I've never seen before.  This is a Bear and Sons model number 155PT and this unit is named Bear Pocket Tool.Bear and Sons model number 155PT Bear Pocket Tool.   Below is an image of this unit.



Anyone here know any information about this product?  Seems Bear was trying to copy with obvious differences to  Gerber's Multi Lite and Leatherman's Juice CS3.

Cool tool although it has no resemblance to a LM Juice. The Juice is a plier based tool.
