Well the postie finally delivered the parcel Myron sent me more than 3 weeks ago, a 1965 red scaled Wenger M61 which also happens to be my BYSAK!  :mail: :woohoo:

Here's to the end of the challenge - cheers to all  :cheers:

Maybe two challenges in a row was too much, maybe the GAK and I are just not made for each other or maybe it's Corona tiredness, but I doubt the GAK will get out of the drawer often henceforth. It's a very competent knife for sure. It just doesn't inspire me in the way other SAKs do, doesn't speak to my inner Macgyver. I am glad I gave it a try though.

Challenges are a great time, but 23 in the last 24 months have pushed me into burnout phase.  I needed to take a break to regroup :facepalm:

I am considering doing my own challenge with the Pioneer X starting today.
 
A couple of days ago I was a bit tired of challenges (2 back to back) but not so much anymore.  For me - uploading the pictures is the hardest part of the challenge... and sometimes    :facepalm:
