Go on then, I'm in  ::) I only have a Manix 2 Lightweight (courtesy of a great deal by Leathermanluva  :hatsoff: )

It's not my usual EDC (UK knife laws...blah, blah etc.  )  So I may struggle but, why not  :dunno:

I have a £27 credit with HH so maybe I'll add another before/during the challenge

Well, I've ordered another Spydie from HH (a UKPK, drop point) which should be arriving over the next 24-48 hours.

That makes two  :woohoo:
They don't like it up 'em!

:hatsoff:

I was surprised at how small it is. I don't really know what I was expecting, given the UK thing  :dunno: but I'm not at all disappointed  :woohoo:

I don't have much in the way of comparison (for Spydie types) but here's a shot of it next to my Manix 2, which is the only other one I have  ::)

Also one next to my LM Skeletool which was being carried today and opened the package  :tu:

You're right. The design led me to believe it would be a bigger knife.

Still, looks like a good EDC option.

:iagree: A lot of the Spyderco knives seem larger than what they actually are.  Then again, there's always the Tatanka  :D

The UKPK blade shape is among my favorite. It's like a sheepsfoot, but the tip is upswept enough to be of use.

I have a partially serrated model. These never sold well here at my local cutlery store, they practically gave them away at $30.

Yeah, you got it!  :tu:

Use the Spyderco as your primary EDC tool. If you need to use a different too, let's use know. E.g. "the Spyderco stayed in my pocket while I pried open an old can of paint with a screwdriver (my wife's screwdriver; I'd never mess up one of my screwdrivers opening a can of paint!)."

And, post a picture of your Spyderco everyday. The picture should be from that same day. If you can't post a picture one day....say you are traveling...post that day's picture when you can.

So easy that even Fuzzbucket can do it. 'Cept I don't think he's got a Spydie.......

It's going to be a big change going back to a Spyderco again EDC wise!  I carry my Autonomy or the Benchmade Rift for work, but my others have been chilling out while Dean's challenge has been going on.

Unfortunately I still don't have any Spiderco.
I like the smaler ones (Kershaw Suffle size),
Maybe in the future I'll buy a Dragonfly, or Cat or Ambitious... or all!
