In one of the other topics I said I was using the corkscrew to open jars that don't want to budge. Some people asked how it works, so I made a quick video of it: https://imgur.com/f4JzMNEI am doing it one handed, since I have to hold the camera with the other hand, but it still works. With two hands it is of course faster and smoother. At the end you can see when the seal breaks and the lid bulges.Hope this helps
What a great idea. Thanks for sharing!I sometimes use the corkscrew for unplugging hollow bars. Our horses eat hay (like most horses...) and after a while the little leftovers clog into the hollow bars of the feeding rack.Just screw in the corkscrew and remove the plug!
