It's funny; the Manix 2 is fairly similar to the PM2 on paper, but a totally different feel in hand.....
Merit Badges Start a new thread and post a photo of an Executive or Director for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the pen for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participants shall carry and use one Soldier knife, the model of their choosing, for the duration of the 90 days and post a picture each day. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Delemont SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in a challenge thread and post a photo of a SAK Cybertool (any variant), Swisschamp, Champion or Toolchest for sixty (60) consecutive days. Participate in a challenge by carrying  a GEC knife and post a photo of it  for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo daily of any SAK 74mm or smaller ( you can switch it up daily ) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Build your own version of an MRE using off-the-shelf components, post a photo of the completed MRE and store at room temperature for 6 days or more. Consume the MRE after the storage period and post pictures and descriptions of the contents. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Farmer X SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Using EDC items randomly selected with a poker hand, post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for 4 weeks (or 30 consecutive days) Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for thirty (30) consecutive days. I haven't had an Endura in 25 years or more.

My last Endura did not have the Boye detent on the lock. I actually had the lock release accidentally when hard using the Endura. I wrote a letter to Spyderco expressing my concerns, but they dismissed my experiences (I was pretty mad about that.), so I tossed my Enduras (yes, I had two.) into the garbage.

But, now that they've added the detent (and moved the lock release a bit?), and I have some experience with a newer model Salt, I'm glad to have an Endura back in the stable. I really like the ergos and overall design.

And the Zome coloration is really fun:

That looks really good, I really like the handle especially the colour.I thought all zome were glow in the dark, but since discovered there is green and tan zome too. I take it yours is the green.

Yes.... not glow in the dark.

I'd kinda like to see this Zome technique used to do a blue and white version. Or maroon and gold......  :drool:
