Being hopelessly torn between a -14DSFG and a -14KS I found in my local Exchange, a question entered my mind. You see, I like the plain edge tanto blade on the KS and dislike the Veff serrations on the DSFG. I also prefer the simpler frame lock as I do not like the Auto-Lawks featured on the liner lock versions. However, I really like the tan G10 handles on the DSFG. That got me wondering how mod-able the M16 lines are in terms of blade swaps. I'm thinking about the possibility of keeping the frame lock scale and blade from the KS, but putting the frontside G10 scale on the other side. Anybody know if something like this would be possible?
My current M16/21 lineup: M16-10KS, M16-12Z ER, M21-02G, M16-03KS. Now I just need a full size to round out the collection. Right?
