It's autumn and we had snow here last week. I'll be cutting firewood later on today after the frost melts.

Getting worse.  :-\
The number of people tested positive is almost 1600, but that doesn't mean much because of testing limits like you guys have. (We can test 3k per day)

People here still don‘t take this seriously. Just read that a majority of people think the media is overreacting and all this stay-at-home stuff is ridiculous. Guess thousands of dead in Europe are not enough warning  :twak:

The numbers in Spain and Italy are really shocking; 5, 6 or 7 hundred every day. There’s no doubt some differences in the way each country classifies, counts and reports these figures, but whichever way you cut it, those are scary numbers.

I’ve subscribed to the FDA updates. I’m somewhat encouraged as I can see that the FDA is relaxing their enforcement on guidelines on hand sanitizer manufacturing, vaccine trials, drug testing, etc. They are not lax, but just trying to accelerate the recovery.

Over here has been escalating fast in 1 and a half / 2 weeks, that it seams like two months has gone by....

25431 suspected
4268 confirmed positive
76 dead by yesterday's count

The elderly resting homes are getting infected by the dozens, for example yesterday on one home with 100 of capacity (elders and staff), 88 tested positive...  :-\

A lot of people still pay very little attention to this, and think it only happens to other folks... We already have close to 100 arrests from disobedience to the authorities.  :facepalm:

To be fair, the Irish president doesn't wield much power. Culture and arts are what we expect from him, and he doesn't disappoint. :)

 :salute:.  I can tell you here in Southern California they some weren't.  The city finally had to close all public places like parks and beaches and city owned parking lots.  They also gave a warming they would fine folks who were gathering. 

There is always going to be those that will not take events such as this seriously.  We are taking it very serious and have limited our exposure to everyone for the most part to the very bare minimum.

All that was closed as well.  Public spaces however were not.  As more and more were not going in to work and their kids being home, they went to public places and congregated.
