I know we sometimes discuss our wish lists that contain the Excalibur knives that we would have if we had unlimited funds and resources. How about a wish list with knives that you will very likely own in the future? How about the knives that you have had your eye on, and that are readily available, and may end up in your collections soon?

Actually that's not true. I hate D of E and throw them away every time I get one given to me. I stamp on them and then put them in the oven at 240° for ten hours and then put them in an acid bath then saw them up with an angle grinder then set fire to them then hammer them then run them over in my car then chuck em in the bin.
