Is there a way to swap out brass rods for metal rods + screws

I know similar questions have been asked but all the threads I viewed were posted a few years ago, so I'm hoping there has been some progression made with this topic. I recently purchased a Huntsman Lite, and plan on switching out two of the tools with my house key and car keys. I could just replace the brass rods entirely, but I want to be able to disassemble the knife easily in the event that I get a new car and need to swap out keys.

Are there any rods/pivot/screw combinations that are available which could replace the brass rods entirely. Preferably without me needing to adjust the holes on each of the tools and springs.

Sorry if any of my terminologies are inaccurate, I'm just starting out in this hobby.
