Thanks Poncho
I went for a right hand one so that I can remove one
of the blades and so I can make a UK legal Wave
this way if I would carry it outside I can just remove
the blade just need to think of something to
replace the other blade

I was about to order one of these for my Wave+, but then realized it wouldn't work for me. I use the RAE Gear sheath for the Wave+ and the shape of the stock blade is what helps keep the tool tight in the sheath. Is there any way to add the Waves outer blade profile to the current design? I know I could use the RH version and be good, but I use a razor/scalpel more for my daily tasks and that would put it on the wrong side. Plus I don't want to remove the other tools.

I purchased your Skeletool scalpel holder and it works great by the way!

I believe I followed the putter profile up to a certain point, it needs to be out that far to engage the frame to lock. It might catch on the RAE gear sheath, sorry I can’t change it without a MAJOR redesign.

Your may have come from the Netherlands location, the NY factory has been closed for a few weeks.

OK, I've gotta have one of these awesome scalpel holders.  I just can't decide if I want to order it now and wait until the middle of June to get it or just wait when the world isn't upside down and order it then.  I'm thinking the June 9th ship date is because of this whole pandemic thing.  Or is the normal lead time on these 8 weeks?

Also, how hard is it to get apart the Charge Tti to put this part in?  I tried to loosen up one side of my handle because the tools were impossible to open when I got it but I had zero luck getting the screws loose.

Lead times are usually only a few weeks. Pandemic def slowed things down, also they had to shut down their NY location.

Finished fitting the scalpel holder  :woohoo:
After I got it to fit properly the only thing I had to do
was work on the grooves were the blade slides on
as the blade didn’t want to slide on all the way
But after a bit of sanding inside the grooves
I got the blade to work properly
This is a excellent idea and would
definitely recommend this to anyone  :like:

That's look really good! Good job, and credit to the designer too!

Is that the gold option? Did it say delivery for June 8th when you went to checkout?

I was going to put an order in but not sure which colour option to go for. 🙈

Thanks RicHT and Poncho
I went for the Polished Bronzed-Silver steel option
When I ordered it they said they would
be posting it out on the 20th of April
But I received it on the 15th of April
I ordered it on the 21-3-20
So I think it is more of a estimate with their dates :tu:

Hopefully you will like it as much as I do
I now want to replace the serrated blade
So I can make it legal for carrying outside
Just not sure what to replace it with yet

Nice mod!
I see you used a 60A blade for the main knife. On the serrated side, you might want to use something for detailed work.
maybe...
