Hi Everyone,
                    Newbee here, so give me a chance.
I run a small pottery decorating factory, and have a cordless dremel for grinding and polishing decorated product that maybe has an incorrect date or year applied, and I've been told that a dremel will do the job, but I'm struggling to find the correct head.
It firstly needs to remove the incorrect decoration (Very importantly, without damaging the ceramic glaze, and then be buffed up)
Can any members recommend any tips?

I would think a safe way to start would be with a polishing kit like  this  and different polishing compounds.

I agree with Steve's recommendation on the polishing set but I'm curious about the date thing.
I've done pottery, years ago and all our pieces were dated before the glaze was done.  If that's the case I'm thinking that  not much could be done.

Does anybody know of a picture guide about the purpose of different Dremel heads? I have many I don't know what they aremeant for.
