Leatherman PST Replacement Parts

Hello,
I have a LM PST I got as an award from Boeing back in 1999.
I broke the knife blade off prying up a shingle (yes, abusive use) and I also chipped off the small phillips head.
I can't find a replacement anywhere...
Does anyone have an extra knife blade or small phillips part that they would want to sell?
Or perhaps know of where I could find these parts?
