Wenger overload  :ahhh

How I love those Wenger knives... I'm so happy I still found a lot of them at decent prices since the Wenger brand name ended.

Found some nice Wenger Rangers (1 Blaze and two Snows, one of which belongs to my oldest son), and about 30 of the 85mm ones.

May I ask, what's this Snow97 you keep talking about (you mentioned it more than once in the past when we were talking about Wenger Rangers).

Hey TopGear

I think the Snow 97 was only available in Eastern Europe

130mm Ranger
OHO PE Blade,
Wood Saw
Corkscrew

The Realtree models, especially the snows rarely come up these days. If I could find more I would definitely buy them.

I don't claim to know it all, but what I do know is right.

Experimenting with vinegar on my Mora Robust carbon steel, just started soaking it, not seeing much of a reaction yet, I heated the vinegar in the microwave but I'm using an empty hard plastic vitamin bottle so I didnt put boiling temp liquid in/didnt want to melt it, hope it still works, like to get it nice and black.

About 3.5 hours in white vinegar, rinsed off and oiled, I chose this knife because I had cut some thorny vines with it last year and didnt get wiped down immediately and it had developed some ugly splotches, but it really looks cool like this, although it can rub off after awhile, it's pretty easy to do.:

Just my 2 cents worth here. WHAT I do is this, in the photo editor I add my "name" with this - "Photo by Aerojet" . That goes in a contrasting color, and small so it doesn't over load the photo. Stick in the corner. Visible but not too obvious.  I know if you want to you could just run the thing thru another photo editor and remove that, but mostly people don't bother if they are going to steal the pix. AS far as pubic viewing, unless it is illegal, or otherwise threatening there should be no problem. There is on some editors a way of making further duplication of the photo not work, I am not sure how that works but it would be something to look into.. Good Luck!

The Aerojet

The early bird may get the worm, but it is second mouse which gets the CHEESE !!

Yes, I did.  It's mustard and vinegar, the different density of mustard is what yields the difference in color.
