Leatherman dropped the prices on the Free P2, P4, K4, T4, etc. a little bit.   I ordered a Free P4 from a dealer who had dropped prices, too.

That is great news for the consumer :like: I am guessing people weren't shelling the money out quick as LM thought they would :D The prices still don't make me want a P2 or P4 that badly...

They dropped 10 euros off sometime last year in Holland too, pretty quick after the introduction if memory serves.

I noticed yesterday LM was selling everything on their site for a discount. Tools that typically sell for $100 USD were 10% off, those in the $120+ range were $15 or more off.

Very tempting!

I've been closely following the discussion of the pliers issue both on MTO and Youtube.  Ordered the P4 anyway hoping that either the one I receive will not have the problem or that it won't bother me.  I've been using multitools since the original PST and never cut steel with them.  I have other tools for that.   Thanks for the tip, though.

That guy selling "demo" P2s without box for $69 seems to have an infinite supply.  Wonder what's up with that?
