That’s Dex’s fav part, he’ll chomp at that part till it doesn’t squeak anymore! Sometimes I’ve had to preform open heart surgery to get rid of it because he’s gone at it so bad that it opened, so I removed it and made the animal join the zipper club! Of course after repacking it with what was on the floor!

I've seen many a squeaky toy destroyed. It amazes me how rough dogs can be on their toys!

Our landlord got a beautiful goldendoodle around the same time as we got our cat. They have made acquaintances many times through the window, but today they made friends at the front door. This is the first time Nala has met a dog and the first time Mia has met a cat. Such a cute interaction :D

Lol, cute pic, it almost looks as if it’s two pics put side by side, via the door! I take it everything went well? Dex would have had a 2sec pause to look over what he’s about to be chasing then bolted throughout the house! We have two cats one that is very laid back and pretty much just sleeps, but the other who is very adventurous, and has become very ballsy, we used to keep a gate up that divided the house, this way Dex couldn’t get into the area the cats were in during the day, and once he was in bed the cats had total roam of the house, even the bedroom till we went to bed, so they would come in and he’d get mad, but the one cat got very ballsy and started coming in the living room during the day all while the Dex was in there, and he really went after him, yet the cat stood up for himself, he’d get cornered, then turn around and stand up to Dex, who basically just wanted to play, just a little rough, but when he did the cat hissed and swatted him, we ended up taking the gate down, so everyone’s got free range, plus it was easier on the Mrs, but this 12lb cat totally stands up to a 55lb dog and when he says no, he means NO! It’s kinda funny, we cheer for the little guy, there hasn’t been a fight nor have I had to break anything up, he just wants to play, but he just hasn’t gotten in his head that he’s 5x the size of the cat, that and that little guy will seriously kick his butt! Oh he’ll back off, very fast, he’ll also lay down and turn his head, that’s why it’s funny, especially when he starts whimpering, like “please, I just want to play” and the cats like “NO, back off, this is my turf”! Lol..

That was my concern too. I was more worried for the dog than my cat, her claws would he up in the dog's face in no time.

It went well though. Nala hesitated a bit to approach the dog, so I took a knee. That boosted her confidence enough to walk up and do a little sniff. Nala lost interest pretty fast, I think the dog found it more interesting.

Mia is such a beautiful breed. Here's a picture from a hike last summer.

It went well though. Nala hesitated a bit to approach the dog, so I took a knee. That boosted her confidence enough to walk up and do a little sniff. Nala lost interest pretty fast, I think the dog found it more interesting.

He is such an great Pup.  I feel bad because he is used to hour plus walks with me which are out for at least 6 weeks.  Also, he is acting a little skittish around the boot and crutch.  I know he will adjust but I just feel bad that he has to.

She gets this certain annoyed look when I point the camera at her, but she is very proud to be the same color as the Skeletool.
